The technique you use plays an important factor and our dentist will only be more then happy to help show you. Avoid using excessive force to avoid damage to the surface of the tooth. Also avoid using excessive force near the gums.
Interdental cleaning
Flossing helps to clean between your teeth since brushing alone cannot adequately clean this area. If you’re unsure how to floss our dentist will be happy to show you. For large spaces piksters/interdental brushes are highly recommended to remove plaque and food debris.
